FDOT Road Project Updates

The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) is continuing safety and operational enhancements on State Road (S.R.) 19, from north of Stevens Avenue to County Road 452 in Eustis. Beginning on October 20, there will be overnight intersection closure closures along both southbound and northbound S.R. 19.

Waste Management Labor Day Schedule

The Employees of Waste Management will be observing the Labor Day holiday on Monday, September 1st. There will be no collection service on this day. Since no service is provided on the holiday, all collection day schedules for the week will be delayed one day.

Community Basketball Courts Renovated in Eustis

The City of Eustis Parks and Recreation Department made a huge impact on the community by renovating three public basketball courts at Carver Park. Upgrades included leveling, sealing and repainting the courts, along with the installation of six new adjustable basketball goals, replacing the old equipment with high-performance options.
