AT PUBLIC MEETINGS/EVENTS

Notice is hereby given that more than one Eustis City Commissioner may attend and discuss matters relevant to the City of Eustis at the following public meetings and community events:

  • Eustis Police Department Shop with a Cop – Sunday, December 7, 2025, from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at Walmart in Mount Dora located at 17030 US-441, Mt Dora, FL 32757.
  • Eustis in Bloom Christmas Tree Decoration Showcase – Tuesday, December 9, 2025, at 4:30 p.m. at Eustis City Hall located at 10 N. Grove Street, Eustis, FL 32726.
  • Coffee & Chamber Chat – Thursday, December 11, 2025, from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. at the Lake Eustis Area Chamber of Commerce located at 1 West Orange Avenue, Eustis, FL.
  • Chamber of Commerce Holiday Open House – Thursday, December 11, 2025, from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the Lake Eustis Area Chamber of Commerce located at 1 West Orange Avenue, Eustis, FL.
  • Lake County League of Cities Monthly Luncheon – (2nd Friday of each month) Friday, December 12, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. at The Baggage Room, inside the Mount Dora Area Chamber of Commerce/City of Mount Dora Visitor Center located at 341 Alexander Street, Mount Dora, FL 32757.
  • Lake Eustis Area Chamber of Commerce Monthly Member Breakfast - (1st Wednesday of each month) Wednesday, January 7, 2025, at 7:15 a.m. at Eustis Community Center located at 601 Northshore Drive, Eustis, FL.
  • Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., Commemoration Committee Parade – Saturday, January 17, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. in Downtown Leesburg, Florida. (Line-up Starts at 9:30 a.m.)
  • Joint Municipal Meeting between County, Cities and Towns Follow-up – Tuesday, January 27, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at The Venetian Center located at 1 Dozier Cir, Leesburg, FL 34748.

EUSTIS CITY COMMISSION
NOTICE OF CHANGE IN CITY COMMISSION DECEMBER MEETINGS

Notice is hereby given that the Eustis City Commission is combining the two December regular City Commission meetings into one which will be held on Tuesday, December 9, 2025, beginning at 6:00 p.m. in the City Hall Commission Room, located at 10 N. Grove St., Eustis, FL 32726. December 4, 2025, and December 18, 2025, meetings are cancelled. The agenda for the said meeting will be available on the City’s website at Eustis.org or through the City Clerk’s office on or about Friday, December 5, 2025, or as soon thereafter as possible. All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard. The agenda will be posted to the City’s website. EUSTIS CITY COMMISSION
NOTICE OF WORKSHOP
Friday, December 12, 2025

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Commission of the City of Eustis, Florida, will hold a workshop at the Eustis Woman’s Club, 227 N Center St, Eustis, FL 32726 at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, December 12, 2025. The purpose of the workshop is for discussion with Dr. Richard Levey and for carryover of prior years’ capital projects. No official action will be taken at the workshops. The agenda for the workshop will be posted to the City’s website. Persons with disabilities needing assistance to participate in any of these proceedings should contact the office of the City Clerk at (352) 483-5441, at least 48 hours before the date of the scheduled meeting. If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Commission, Agency or other above-named Board with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing, he or she will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such purpose, he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based (Florida Statutes, 286.0105).  Persons with disabilities needing assistance to participate in any of these proceedings should contact the office of the City Clerk at (352) 483-5430, at least 48 hours before the date of the scheduled meeting.
