Notice is hereby given that more than one Eustis City Commissioner may attend and discuss matters relevant to the City of Eustis at the following public meetings and community events:

  • Faith Lutheran School Art Show 2025 – Friday, May 2, 2025, from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. in the CLC Gym located at 2727 S. Grove Street, Eustis, FL.
  • Cinco de Mayo Festival at the WG Sports Center Grand Opening – Saturday, May 3, 2025, from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. located at 2001 S. Bay Street, Eustis, FL 32726.
  • Lake Cares Grand Opening – Monday, May 5, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at Lake Cares Food Pantry located at 4500 N. Hwy 19A, Mount Dora, FL.

TUESDAY, MAY 6, 2025 AT 5:30 P.M.

Notice is hereby given that the Eustis City Commission is conducting a workshop to discuss the Master Plan at 5:30 p.m. in the Commission Room at City Hall. The agenda for the workshop will be posted to the City’s website at least 5 days prior. THURSDAY, MAY 15, 2025, AT 4:00 P.M.

Notice is hereby given that the Eustis City Commission is conducting a workshop to discuss the Eastern Utilities at 4:00 p.m. in the Commission Room at City Hall. The agenda for the workshop will be posted to the City’s website at least 5 days prior. For additional information, contact the City Clerk’s office at (352) 483-5441, via email at cityclerk@eustis.org or in person in the City Manager’s office at 10 N. Grove Street, Eustis.

 

 

 

If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Commission, Agency or other above-named Board with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing, he or she will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such purpose, he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based (Florida Statutes, 286.0105).  Persons with disabilities needing assistance to participate in any of these proceedings should contact the office of the City Clerk at (352) 483-5430, at least 48 hours before the date of the scheduled meeting.
