The Clifford House
The Clifford House, located at the corner of Bay and Bates Streets in Eustis, Florida; is in a graceful antebellum style, complete with a deep porch that extends across it's façade and around much of one side. Its low lines, broad massing, balustrade window's walk, and double-columned, pediment two-story entry speak volumes of easy living in the long-ago South.
The property of the Clifford House is also home to the Eustis Citrus Museum. This small museum offers a glimpse into the history of the Citrus industry in the City of Eustis.

Trout Lake Nature Center
Featuring a center for nature education, trails, a natural history museum, and events, Trout Lake Nature Center is a wonderers paradise. The Trout Lake Nature Center is a wonderful place to experience natural Florida and learn about this unique region of the state.

Hidden Waters Preserve
Hidden Waters Preserve is a 90-acre site managed and preserved by the Lake County Water Authority. Hidden Waters Preserve features eight hiking trails, with a high chance of wildlife sightings along each trail. The forested uplands around the wetland system and sink hole offer visitors the "natural Florida" experience. The Preserve is open daily from sunrise to sunset.

The State Theatre
Home of the Bay Street Players, the historic State Theatre has been a live performance venue for over 100 years. Located in the heart of Downtown Eustis, makes it the perfect addition to a night out on the town. The theatre offers a wide variety of entertainment to its community by presenting no less than five main stage productions each year, supplemented by a regular schedule of limited engagements, benefits, and other special events.
