For residential and commercial development projects new or existing. 


Please Note:
  • Do not use this form for Annexation, Comprehensive Plan and Design District. Those are a separate form.
  • Fees vary depending on the project being submitted. 

Online

Step 1.Go to "submittal checklist" and select your project.

This will show you what additional documents/plans may be required when submitting your application.

Step 2.Fill out the online form and upload your needed documents.

Step 3.Once form is submitted, we will contact you for payment. 

Fees may be paid by the following ways:

  • Cash: (in-person only)
  • Check Card/Credit Card: Visa or MasterCard only (in-person or over the phone)
  • Check: (in-person or mail)

Step 2.Download and print-off the form.

Step 3.Submit application by mail.

Step 4.Once application is received you will be contacted for payment.

Step 2.Pick-up or print off form

You may pick-up the Development Application Form in our office or download and print-off the completed form with your supported documents/plans, and bring with you to our office.

Step 3.Once application is completed we will collect the payment at that time:
