Business Tax Receipt (BTR)

Are you starting a business at home or at a commercial location in the City limits of Eustis? Let’s complete your BTR application.

The City of Eustis has recently transitioned to the GovWell system for processing BTRs. 

Before getting started (if applicable), please have copies of:

• State license
• Sunbiz.org information – Copy of Fictitious Name Registration and/or Corporation Documents
  
  

For Mobile Food Vendors/Produce Stands:

Letter of permission from property owner and a site plan layout.

Please Note: 

• If additional information is required, Planning will contact the applicant.
• If there are active building permits, the BTR will not have final approval until final inspections are completed.
• BTRs are maintained on a fiscal year basis, beginning on October 1 and ending on September 30. Renewals will be due at the end of September each year.
