PUBLIC NOTICE OF EUSTIS CITY COMMISSION ATTENDANCE
AT PUBLIC MEETINGS/EVENTS
June - September 2026

Notice is hereby given that more than one Eustis City Commissioner may attend and discuss matters relevant to the City of Eustis at the following public meetings and community events:

  • Cookies with A Cop – Wednesday, June 17, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Eustis Memorial Library, 120 N. Center Street, Eustis, FL
  • Business Grand Opening – Florida Paints – Thursday, June 18, 2026, at 10 a.m. at Tractor Supply Plaza, 308 W Ardice, Eustis, FL 32726
  • Heartland League of Cities Monthly Luncheon (2nd Friday of each month) Friday, July 10, 2026, at location TBD
  • Public Lands and Trails Acquisition Advisory Committee – Thursday, July 30, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. the Board of County Commissioners, Chambers, 315 W Main St, Tavares, FL 32778
  • Lake Eustis Area Chamber of Commerce Monthly Breakfast (1st Wednesday of each month) Wednesday, August 5, 2026, at 7 a.m. at Eustis Community Center, 601 Northshore Drive, Eustis, FL 32726
  • Heartland League of Cities Monthly Luncheon (2nd Friday of each month) Friday, August 14, 2026, at location TBD
  • 2026 LEAD Annual Dinner Wednesday, September 23, 2026, at Bella Collina, 16355 Vetta Drive, Montverde, FL 34756

 

 

 

If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Commission, Agency or other above-named Board with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing, he or she will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such purpose, he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based (Florida Statutes, 286.0105).  Persons with disabilities needing assistance to participate in any of these proceedings should contact the office of the City Clerk at (352) 483-5430, at least 48 hours before the date of the scheduled meeting.
