PUBLIC NOTICE OF EUSTIS CITY COMMISSION ATTENDANCE
AT PUBLIC MEETINGS/EVENTS
March - May 2026

Notice is hereby given that more than one Eustis City Commissioner may attend and discuss matters relevant to the City of Eustis at the following public meetings and community events:

  • Arching Oaks Art and Culture Center Inaugural Japan Festival – Saturday, March 28, 2027, downtown Eustis, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  • Lake Eustis Area Chamber of Commerce Breakfast - (1st Wednesday of each month) Wednesday, April 1, 2026, at 7:15 a.m. at location TBD - Eustis Community Center located at 601 Northshore Drive, Eustis, FL.
  • Lake 100 – Wednesday. April 8, 2026, 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at The Venetian Center located at 1 Dozier Circle, Leesburg, FL 34748.
  • Eustis Chamber of Commerce Monthly Coffee and Chamber Chat – (2nd Thursday of each month) Thursday, April 9, 2026, 8 a.m. to 9 a.m., Eustis Chamber, 1 W. Orange Avenue, Eustis, FL.
  • Heartland League of Cities Monthly Luncheon – (2nd Friday of each month) Friday, April 10, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. at location TBD.
  • Join the Movement – Move with MADD – Saturday, April 11, 2026, from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Waterfront Park located at 330 3rd Street, Clermont, FL 34711.
  • Eustis Police Charities Charity Golf Tournament – Friday, May 15, 2026, 8:30 a.m. Shotgun Start located at Country Club of Mt. Dora located at 1900 Country Club Blvd., Mount Dora, FL 32757.
  • Joint Meeting Between County, Cities and Towns (90-day Follow-Up) – Monday, May 18, 2026, 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the Venetian Center located at 1 Dozier Circle, Leesburg, FL 34748.
  • City of Eustis Spirit Awards Wednesday, May 27, 2026, at Eustis Community Center located at 601 Northshore Drive, Eustis, FL.

If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Commission, Agency or other above-named Board with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing, he or she will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such purpose, he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based (Florida Statutes, 286.0105).  Persons with disabilities needing assistance to participate in any of these proceedings should contact the office of the City Clerk at (352) 483-5430, at least 48 hours before the date of the scheduled meeting.
