The City of Eustis is committed to providing transparency and accessible information in government. We are pleased to introduce a user-friendly, meeting portal providing access to information about the City Commission Meetings, Workshops, Boards, and Committees. The Eustis Meeting Portal enables users to access meeting information, including Meeting Dates, Agendas, Agenda Packets, Minutes, and Video links.
Regular City Commission meetings are held the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of each month. City Commission Workshops and Special Meetings may be scheduled as needed. Please reference the meeting portal for updates.
How to Sign Up for Meeting Notifications
A brief overview of the steps to sign up for meeting notifications is listed below. Please access the CivicPlus tutorial, Subscribe to Public Portal Notifications, for further details.
- Visit the public Agendas & Minutes portal
- Click on the red "Sign In" button found in the top right
- Create a log in if you do not have one already
Once signed in, click the gray "Subscriptions" button in the top right corner of the portal and select any of the meeting types you would like to receive notifications for.
