Start New Utility Service - Residential

Did you recently purchase or lease a new home / condo / apartment? If so, awesome! Let's get you started on your new water/sewer utility service. 

 

Items you will need ahead of time before starting your application:

  • A picture ID and a 2nd form of ID.
    This can be a social security card, voters registration, medical or car insurance.

Note: Financial Documents such as bank statements or Debit/Credit cards are not accepted. 

  • Must have proof of ownership or a fully executed lease before signing in for service. The lease must be in your name in order to sign in for service. If applying with a joint applicant, they must also provide two forms of ID.

Online

Fill-out Online Form 

You must supply a picture ID and a 2nd form of ID. This can be a social security card, voters registration, medical or car insurance, etc.

Pay Deposit

Up to a $125.00 deposit required (per account/unit)
May be required based on a soft credit check we will run, once all documentation has been submitted.

Deposit may be paid by the following ways:

  • Cash: (in-person only).
  • Check Card/Credit Card: Discover, American Express, Visa or MasterCard only (in-person or over the phone)
  • Check: (in-person, mail or night drop).

** If a business is applying for residential service a $125.00 will be required.

Please note: If you have any open balances with the City, the balance must be paid in full, prior to starting a new service.

Step 1.Print-off Form

In-Person

Step 1.Pick-up / Print-off Form  

Pick-up form at our Water Customer Service Department located at: 10 S. Grove Street, Eustis (downtown, next to Ace Hardware) and bring back to our department at your convenience.

Step 2.Bring Your Application

Bring your application to our Water Customer Service Department Building, along with a picture ID and a 2nd form of ID. This can be a social security card, voters registration, medical or car insurance, etc.

Step 3.Pay Deposit

Please Note:

Cut-off time to establish new account is 4:30 p.m. 

For same day service - application must be completed by 12 p.m. (noon).

 

The City of Eustis charges a connection fee which appears on the first monthly bill. The fee is $30.00 inside City limits and $37.50 outside City limits.

 

Your new utility service will also start your trash & recycling.
