Yard Sale Permit

Any person wishing to have a yard/garage sale within the City of Eustis must obtain a yard/garage sale permit.


  • A person may apply for up to 3 consecutive days per permit and each property may have up to 4 permits per 12-month period. (A permit is required for each yard sale). 
  • There is no fee to apply for a yard/garage sale permit.
 
To get started, select one of the methods below: 

Online

Step 1.Fill out the online form

Step 2.Once the forms is completed, we will email you a copy of the approved yard sale permit. 

Mail

Step 1.Download and print online form. 

Print Off Form

Step 2.Mail the permit application form.

Step 3.Once application is received and approved, you will received your approved yard sale permit via mail. 

In-Person

Step 1.Pick-up a permit application in our office or download and print off the form and bring with you completed. 

Located at the Development Services Building on 4 N. Grove Street.
