The City Clerk’s office is dedicated to providing quality services to the public. These services include maintaining and ensuring control of all official City documents and the preservation of historical records, attesting the Mayor’s signature and assuring compliance with Florida’s Public Record and Sunshine Laws. As qualifying officer of municipal elections, the City Clerk works closely with candidates for City Commission.
 
The City Clerk’s office also responds to public record requests, performs public relation duties with the public and media, and prepares City Commission agendas and minutes.

 

Lien Search and Code Violations Search Process

In an effort to enhance efficiency in lien search requests, estoppels, and code violations, the City of Eustis has established a partnership with Orange Data.

To submit your requests, please visit www.orangedata.com. Lien search payments may be conveniently processed using major credit cards (additional fees apply, per request). Please note: The City will no longer accept requests via email, fax, or postal mail.

For prompt service, kindly provide the complete property address, owner(s) name, and parcel ID for all searches. There will be no charge if the City is unable to service the subject property.
