SeeClickFix is a free mobile and web-based app allowing citizens to request services from city staff and report non-emergency issues within the city’s jurisdiction. You can provide staff with pictures, videos, and detailed descriptions.
Issues are automatically sent to the employee who will perform the work. This employee will provide status updates on the progress of service requests. Please keep in mind this is a new system for the City and will be a learning curve for all.
SeeClickFix is a public application. The description entered will be visible to the public. Your display name will also be visible unless you choose to submit as Anonymous. Your email address will never be publicly displayed.
