NOTICE OF EUSTIS CITY COMMISSION ATTENDANCE AT A PUBLIC MEETING/EVENT

Notice is hereby given that more than one Eustis City Commissioner may attend and discuss matters relevant to the City of Eustis at the following public meetings and community events:

  • 2024-2028 Florida Greenways and Trails System Plan and Maps Update - September 28, 5:00pm – 7:00pm at DeBary Hall - Stable House located at 198 Sunrise Blvd, DeBary, FL 32713 AND/OR October 5, 5:00pm – 7:00pm at Winter Garden City Hall located at 300 W. Plant St, Winter Garden, FL 34878

EUSTIS CITY COMMISSION PRIVATE ATTORNY/CLIENT MEETING

THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 1, 2022 – 5:30 P.M. 

Notice is hereby given pursuant to F. S. 286.011(8)(d) of a Private Attorney-Client Meeting of the City Commission of the City of Eustis to discuss case SpenceTF, LLC v. the City of Eustis, Case #2022-CA-000085. The meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m. and will be held in the Development Services Conference Room located in City Hall, 10 N. Grove Street, Eustis, FL.  Those in attendance will be: City of Eustis Mayor Michael Holland, Vice Mayor Emily Lee, Commissioners Nan Cobb, Willie Hawkins and Karen LeHeup-Smith,  City Manager Tom Carrino; City Attorney Derek Schroth; Attorney Sasha Garcia and a Court Reporter.

EUSTIS CITY COMMISSION WORKSHOP

Monday, October 3, 2022 at 3:00 PM

   The Eustis City Commission will hold a workshop on the date above at 3:00 p.m. in the Commission Room, located in City Hall at 10 N. Grove Street, Eustis FL. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss various topics concerning the Comprehensive Plan and land density issues. CRA REVIEW COMMITTEE MEETING

Tuesday, October 25, 2022 at 5:30 PM

The CRA Review Committee will hold a meeting on the date above at 5:30 p.m. in the Commission Room, located in City Hall at 10 N. Grove Street, Eustis FL. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss programs related to the CRA, including mow to own.
