Construction Meter Application

Step 1.Fill-out Online Form 

You will need to upload, one picture ID, and a business card or company authorization letter allowing whomever that is signing the application to do so on the company’s behalf.

Pay Deposit

$815.00 deposit required.

Deposit may be paid by the following ways:

• Cash: (in-person only).
• Check Card/Credit Card: Visa or Mastercard only accepted (in-person or over the phone).
• Check: (in-person, mail or night drop).
  
  

Step 2.We Will Provide Instructions on Picking up the Meter.

Once the application and payment is processed, someone from customer service will reach out to provide instructions on picking-up the meter.

Pick-up form at our Water Customer Service Department located at: 10 S. Grove Street, Eustis (downtown, next to Ace Hardware) and bring back to our department at your convenience.

Step 2.Bring Your Application 

Bring your application to our Water Customer Service Department Building, along with a picture ID and a business card or company authorization letter allowing whomever that is signing the application, to do so on the company’s behalf.
