Duke Energy has been working on the Eustis-Dona Vista Transmission Reliability Project for several years. The purpose of the project is to improve service reliability and accommodate future growth. Duke Energy and their contractors are currently clearing trees and vegetation along the route. Duke Energy is not required to obtain a permit for either the construction project or the tree removal.
