Independence Day with July 1st Hometown Celebration

The City of Eustis will proudly host its Independence Day Hometown Celebration, while also commemorating the remarkable 140th birthday of our beloved City on Saturday, July 1st. This free, family-friendly event runs from 12 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. in Ferran Park, at 50 Ferran Park Drive. The entertainment lineup will feature captivating water performances by the Central Florida Show Ski Team and live music throughout the day. Additionally, attendees can indulge in a delightful assortment of arts and crafts, relish delectable food from various vendors, and much more!
Live music will kick off at noon at the iconic Alice McClelland Memorial Bandshell in Ferran Park featuring EshXSchief, followed by The GiGi's at 3 p.m. and Classic Airwaves at 6:30 p.m.
The City will offer free admission to the Eustis Aquatic Center pool and splash pad (weather permitting) from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Bathing suits are required.
Miranda Muir, the City's Event & Tourism Manager, enthusiastically shared, "We are thrilled to present an extraordinary event featuring an exceptional range of activities and a diverse selection of vendors. The collective spirit of our community coming together to honor both America and our City’s birthday, creates a profound sense of togetherness."
The evening will conclude with a dazzling spectacle at 9:30 p.m. as the sky lights up over Lake Eustis with breathtaking fireworks from Four Seasons Display, Inc. Attendees are encouraged to bring blankets and lawn chairs.

2:00 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.: Happy Birthday Sing-a-long & Free Cupcakes (while they last!)
12:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.: Free Admission to Pool & Splashpad
3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.: The GiGi’s (live music)
5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.: Central Florida Show Ski Team
6:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.: Classic Airwaves (live music)
9:30 p.m. - 9:45 p.m.: Fireworks by Four Seasons Display
