Notice is hereby given that more than one Eustis City Commissioner may attend and discuss matters relevant to the City of Eustis at the following public meetings and community events:

  • Boys and Girls Clubs of Central Florida “Faces of the Future” Fundraising Breakfast for Lake County – Wednesday, October 16, 2024, with 7:30 a.m. Registration and 8:00 a.m. Breakfast at Boys and Girls Clubs of Central Florida Leesburg Branch located at 1851 Griffin Road, Leesburg, FL 34748.
  • Northshore Neighborhood Watch Meeting - (Every other month - 3rd Wednesday) Wednesday, October 16, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. at Eustis Community Center (Lakeview Room) located at 601 Northshore Drive, Eustis, FL.

LOCAL PLANNING AGENCY MEETING (LPA)
THURSDAY, OCTOBER 17, 2024, AT 5:45 P.M.

On Thursday, October 17, 2024, at 5:45 p.m., the Eustis City Commission sitting as the Local Planning Agency will meet and hold a Public Hearing regarding the following items: Ordinance Number 24-36. The meeting will be held in the City Hall Commission Room, located at 10 N. Grove St., Eustis, FL. The agenda and information pertaining to the business of the LPA is available through the City’s website or through the City Clerk’s office, located in City Hall at 10 N. Grove Street during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

 

 

 

 

If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Commission, Agency or other above-named Board with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing, he or she will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such purpose, he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based (Florida Statutes, 286.0105).  Persons with disabilities needing assistance to participate in any of these proceedings should contact the office of the City Clerk at (352) 483-5430, at least 48 hours before the date of the scheduled meeting.
