The City Clerk’s office is dedicated to providing quality services to the public. These services include maintaining and ensuring control of all official City documents, preservation of historical records, attesting to the Mayor’s signature, and assuring compliance with Florida’s Public Record and Sunshine Laws. As qualifying officer of municipal elections, the City Clerk's office works closely with candidates for City Commission.
 
The City Clerk’s office also coordinates and responds to public record requests, provides public notice of City Commission meetings, prepares City Commission agendas and minutes. and records/attests to ordinances, resolutions, contracts, and agreements.

Lien Search and Code Violations Search Process

The City of Eustis has partnered with Orange Data Services (ODS), a trusted property services provider, to facilitate streamlined lien and balance searches. This service is available for expedited processing to obtain public records.

To order these services, follow these steps:

  • Visit the Orange Data website (orangedata.com)
  • Choose "Order A Report"
  • Log in or sign up for a new account
  • Fill in property details and instructions
  • Select your desired service: Lien Searches
  • Provide property details and specific instructions
  • Submit your order
    *There will be no charge if the City does not service the subject property.
    ** Effective March 1, 2026, ODS will be implementing a 3% processing fee on credit card transactions. No-fee payment options are available, including ACH (bank transfer).
