Step 1.Fill-out the online form. 

Application Fee: $10 +  any applicable fees will be calculated as you fill-out your form.

Step 2.Once form is submitted, we will contact you for payment.

Step 3.Once application is received you will be contacted for payment.

You may pick-up the Development Application Form in our office or download and print-off the completed form with your supported documents and bring with you to our office.
