Vendor Load-In Instructions
AHOY THERE vendors! We have an amazing First Friday planned for you! We have a fun pirate theme and you can enjoy live music with the evenings band, Rusty Cutlass. For the Littles we have a big bounce house! You don't want to miss it! If you like, dress your swashbuckling best and remember to share our poster on your social media to let your customers know you will be at the best Friday night spot around!
Please remember our NEW traffic pattern for vendor load in to help keep things moving as smoothly as possible. Please access the Eustis St vendor check-in spot using Clifford Ave, NOT E McDonald Ave. Watch for my signals from your vehicle.
Food vendors may begin load in at 4:15pm and non-food vendors please begin load in at 4:45pm. All food vendors need to be on site no later than 4:45pm and ready for the Fire Inspector. ALL vendors must be checked in no later than 5:30pm. Thank you for your attention to these important details. We are looking forward to another great event!
*All vendors are required to notify the City of Eustis Events Department if they plan to sell any new items not listed on their current application.
*Bring an Extension Cord! This is VERY IMPORTANT.

*After 3:00pm on the event date, please call Christine (352-308-9998) for assistance.
Set-Up - Please be courteous of other vendors, driving your vehicle in to unload and then promptly moving to an alternate parking location. ALL vendor vehicles must be moved by 5:30pm. NO vendor vehicles will be allowed to enter the downtown area after 5:30pm. Please arrive on time.
Tear-Down - Vehicles should under NO CIRCUMSTANCES enter the area for tear-down until the Event Staff moves the barricades. We make every effort to allow entry in a timely manner, however for everyone's safety it is important we work with the Eustis Police Department to ensure the streets are clear of pedestrians.
This guideline will be strictly enforced!
Stormy Weather Ahead?
Inclement weather decisions are made at or before 2:00pm on event day. All vendors will be notified by email in the event of inclement weather cancellations. Our team will be monitoring the weather leading up to the event and working closely with local safety officials to make the most informed decisions possible.
