On Thursday, March 14, 2024, from 5 to 8 p.m., Jason Gray from Willdan Financial Services will be joining the Eustis City Commission for a discussion about the City’s Strategic Plan. Jason is a specialist in working with cities to create the highest value results in performance management, policy and strategic planning. Following several months of study and interviews with stakeholders, Jason will be presenting his findings and recommendations to the City. The meeting is open to the public.
