The City of Eustis is working with consultants MIG+W on a Downtown Master Plan to identify opportunities for future economic development, with an emphasis on the former Waterman Hospital site, along with improved parking options, attractive public spaces, the potential for additional housing, and more retail businesses. The consultants would like to hear from city residents about their needs and expectations for the future of our growing city.
