Happy Birthday George! The City of Eustis celebrates George Washington’s Birthday during a week-long, family-friendly event taking place February 21-28, 2026. Georgefest is the longest running celebration of George Washington’s Birthday in the State of Florida, and is now the longest, continuously running celebration of its kind in the entire United States.
Featuring carnival rides and games, a bass tournament, Running of the Georges Race, a dog jog, parade, contests, vendors, and awesome live entertainment!

The excitement continues on Thursday, Feb. 26, at the Sunset Sounds concert, featuring rising star Jacquie Roar. Her journey skyrocketed on Season 24 of “The Voice,” where she earned a coveted “Four Chair Turn” with Gretchen Wilson's "Here for the Party" and finished fourth in the finale. Known for her electrifying energy, Jacquie promises to set the stage ablaze with her dynamic performances.

are thrilled to announce that Mac McAnally will be headlining Georgefest on Friday, Feb. 27, 2026 at 8 p.m. as part of his upcoming tour!
Mac McAnally is an award-winning, Grammy nominated Country Music artist. Now, with his new “Once in a Lifetime” album, Mac McAnally is indeed doing something he’s never done before – pulling together 12 songs from different decades and musical directions. We are excited for him to bring his unique style, joyful spirit, and legendary talent to Eustis.
Allen Stone, a soul/R&B luminary, who has enraptured global audiences with his electrifying performances and soulful melodies, will be performing in Eustis on Saturday, Feb. 28 at 7:30 during Georgefest!
His genre-defying style, blending funk, gospel, folk-rock and soul, has garnered critical acclaim and a devoted following. Alongside his prolific touring schedule, Stone has graced national television screens and mentored on ABC's American Idol, underscoring his esteemed position in the music realm. Stone continues to garner critical acclaim with is latest body of work Mystery, featuring the title track in collaboration with PJ Morton.
