Road closures include:Ferran Park parking lot closure - Saturday, Feb. 21, noon - 11 p.m. and Friday, Feb. 27 - Saturday Feb. 28, noon - 11 p.m.Bay Street (SR19) from CR44 to Lakeview Avenue - Saturday. Feb. 28, 9 a.m. - noonCross streets from Grove Street to Bay Street will be closed.
