City of Eustis Offices and City Hall will be closed Friday, July 4, in observance of Independence Day. Normal Business Hours will resume on Monday, July 7, 2025.

To ensure the quality of the City’s sewer system, RCM Utilities will be performing smoke testing in a portion of the sanitary collection system. Residents may see smoke emanating from roof vents and sewer lines/manholes. Testing will begin on Monday, June 30 and will continue for approximately 3 days.
