Chief Craig Capri of the City of Eustis Police Department donated $1000 to David Douglas of Hand in Hand, a faith based addiction recovery program, at the Eustis City Commission meeting Thursday evening, along with Mayor Michael Holland, Vice Mayor Emily Lee, Commissioner Nan Cobb, Commissioner Gary Ashcraft and City Manager Tom Carrino.
