Eustis Fire Department Wins the Tri-City Food Drive Challenge

City of Eustis at the Tri-City Food Drive Challenge
The Eustis Fire Department collected 23,600 pounds of food for the Tri-City Food Drive Challenge!

 

Donations were accepted throughout the month at Station 22. On Saturday, Jan. 25, the Eustis Fire Department, along with volunteers and City Officials, packed all of the collected food. All of the proceeds will be donated to the Lake Cares Food Pantry.

 

This year was the 5th Annual Tri-City Food Drive Challenge. The Challenge is a friendly competition organized by the Rotary Club of Lake County Golden Triangle between the Tri-City (Eustis, Mount Dora and Tavares) Fire Departments. Each Fire Department works with their community to collect as many donations as possible. 

 

The Eustis Fire Department would like to thank everyone for their support.
