Haulers are adding crews and extending hours to keep up with increased yard waste from recent cold weather and seasonal cleanup. Residents may experience pickup delays this week.Please help by properly bundling and bagging yard waste for collection.

On Sunday, Dec. 7, the Eustis Police Department spread holiday cheer during its annual Shop with a Cop event at Walmart.
Early Sunday morning, 45 Eustis police officers, AMVETS Post 1992 members, Eustis firefighters and volunteers came together to give 37 children an amazing Christmas experience. Each child was paired with officers and volunteers and given a gift card to purchase Christmas gifts of their choice from Walmart.
The Eustis Police Department has collected donations throughout the year to support this program. Thanks to the Golden Triangle Eagles 4335 and community members, the department continued the annual event.
Eustis Mayor Willie Hawkins, City Manager Tom Carrino and State Rep. Nan Cobb also participated in the festivities.
