City of Eustis Offices and City Hall will be closed Monday, Sept. 7, in observance of Labor Day. Normal business hours will resume on Tuesday, Sept. 8, 2026.Waste Management will be observing the Labor Day holiday on Monday, September 7th. There will be no collection service on this day. The St. John's River Water Management District has issued a Phase III Extreme Water Shortage Order, which included Lake County. Restrictions include: One day a week watering, odd numbered addresses on Saturday, even numbered addresses on Sunday, nonresidential on Tuesday, and prohibited between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m.

The City of Eustis invites residents and visitors to enjoy live music on the waterfront as the popular Second Saturday Sounds concert series returns this summer.
The free concert series will take place from 6 to 8 p.m. on the second Saturday of each month from June through August at Ferran Park, located along the shores of Lake Eustis. Guests are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or picnic blankets and relax while enjoying an evening of live entertainment and beautiful sunset views.

Visitors are encouraged to make an evening of it by dining, shopping, and exploring historic downtown Eustis before and after the show. Boaters are also welcome to dock at Ferran Park and enjoy the music from the water.
