NOTICE OF EUSTIS CITY COMMISSION ATTENDANCE AT A PUBLIC MEETING/EVENT

Notice is hereby given that more than one Eustis City Commissioner may attend and discuss matters relevant to the City of Eustis at the following public meetings and community events:

  • Amazing Race for Charity check presentation event – Tuesday, July 13, 2021, 5:30 p.m., Eustis Community Building, 601 Northshore Drive, Eustis.
  • Lake Eustis Area Chamber of Commerce Member Breakfast – Wednesday, August 4, 2021, at 7:15 a.m., Eustis Community Center, 601 Northshore Dr., Eustis.
  • Global Leadership Summit – Thursday and Friday, August 5 and 6, 2021, LakeHaven Church, 801 E. Orange Ave., Eustis, FL 32726, 9:30 a.m. – 5:45 p.m.
  • Lake County League of Cities Monthly Meeting – Friday, August 13, 2021, 12:00 p.m. (Noon), Mount Dora Golf Course, 1100 S. Highland St., Mount Dora FL 32757.

 

NOTICE OF CITY OF EUSTIS CITY COMMISSION
BUDGET WORKSHOP

WEDNESDAY, JULY 14, 2021 

On Wednesday, July 14, 2021, at 4:00 p.m., the Eustis City Commission will hold a workshop to review the detailed draft budget for FY2021-2022.  The meeting will be held in the Eustis Community Building, located at 601 Northshore Drive, Eustis, FL.  The agenda and information pertaining to the business of the LPA will be available through the City’s website or through the City Clerk’s office, located in City Hall at 10 N. Grove Street during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

NOTICE OF EUSTIS COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY MEETING

 THURSDAY, JULY 15, 2021 

On Thursday, July 15, 2021, at 5:30 p.m. the Eustis City Commission sitting as the Community Redevelopment Agency will meet to consider acceptance of the CRA FY2021-2022 annual budget.  The meeting will be held in the Eustis Community Building, located at 601 Northshore Drive, Eustis, FL.  The agenda and information pertaining to the business of the CRA will be available through the City’s website or through the City Clerk’s office, located in City Hall at 10 N. Grove Street during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

NOTICE OF EUSTIS LOCAL PLANNING AGENCY MEETING

THURSDAY, JULY 15, 2021

On Thursday, July 15, 2021, at 5:50 p.m., the Eustis City Commission sitting as the Local Planning Agency will meet and hold a Public Hearing for the purpose of deciding whether or not to reconsider transmittal of Comprehensive Plan Text Amendment 2021-CPT-01 which previously denied on June 17, 2021.  The meeting will be held in the Eustis Community Building, located at 601 Northshore Drive, Eustis, FL.  The agenda and information pertaining to the business of the LPA will be available through the City’s website or through the City Clerk’s office, located in City Hall at 10 N. Grove Street during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

 

If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Commission, Agency or other above-named Board with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing, he or she will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such purpose, he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based (Florida Statutes, 286.0105).  Persons with disabilities needing assistance to participate in any of these proceedings should contact the office of the City Clerk at (352) 483-5430, at least 48 hours before the date of the scheduled meeting.
