Notice is hereby given that more than one Eustis City Commissioner may attend and discuss matters relevant to the City of Eustis at the following public meetings and community events:
- America in Bloom tour of city – Monday, May 15, 2023 and Tuesday, May 16, 2023 - A team from America in Bloom will be touring the City on Monday and Tuesday, May 15th and 16th. Members of the City Commission may join the group for lunch on Monday at Lollygaggers on Magnolia Avenue in Eustis and on Tuesday at Sol de Mexico located at 125 N. Bay Street, Eustis, FL. No City business will be conducted at these lunches.
- Northshore Neighborhood Watch Meeting – (Every other month the 3rd Wednesday) May 17, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. at the Eustis Community Center (Lakeview Room) located at 601 Northshore Dr, Eustis, FL.
- 34th Annual Community Service Awards Hosted by Lake100– Wednesday, May 17, 2023 from 6:00 p.m. -8:30 p.m. at The Venetian Center located at 1 Dozier Circle, Leesburg, FL 34748.
- Amazing Race Presentation and Video Premiere – Tuesday, May 23, 2023 6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. at United Southern Bank located at 2701 South Bay Street, Eustis, FL 32726.
- Infinity At Lake Eustis, LLC Assisted Living Facility Ribbon Cutting Ceremony – Thursday, May 25, 2023 5:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. at Infinity at Lake Eustis, LLC located at 27 S. Center Street, Eustis, FL 32726.
- Memorial Day Honor Our Heroes – Monday, May 29, 2023 at 11:30 a.m. at Ferran Park located at 250 Ferran Park Drive, Eustis, FL 32726.

Notice of Private Attorney-Client Meeting

Pursuant to Fla. Stat. §286.011(8)(d), notice is hereby given of a Private Attorney-Client Meeting of the Eustis City Commission to discuss case City of Eustis vs. 44 Sharps Circle, LLC, et al, Case #2022-CA-001971. The closed session will begin at 4:30 p.m. and will be held in the Development Services Conference Room located in City Hall, 10 N. Grove Street, Eustis, FL. Those in attendance will be City of Eustis Mayor Michael Holland, Vice Mayor Emily Lee, Commissioner Nan Cobb, City Manager Tom Carrino, City Attorney Sasha Garcia and a Court Reporter.
Eustis Community Redevelopment Agency Meeting

On Thursday, May 18, 2023, at 5:00 p.m., the Eustis City Commission sitting as the Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) will meet to consider business pertaining to the CRA. The meeting will be held in the City Hall Commission Room, 10 N. Grove St., Eustis, FL. The agenda and information pertaining to the business of the CRA will be available through the City’s website or through the City Clerk’s office, located in City Hall at 10 N. Grove Street during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Eustis Local Planning Agency Meeting
Re: Ordinance Num. 23-08 Tree Replacement

On Thursday, June 1, 2023, at 5:45 p.m., the Eustis City Commission sitting as the Local Planning Agency will meet and hold a Public Hearing regarding the following item: Ordinance Number 23-08 Tree Replacement. The meeting will be held in the City Hall Commission Room, located at 10 N. Grove St., Eustis, FL. The agenda and information pertaining to the business of the LPA will be available through the City's website or through the City Clerk's office, located in City Hall at 10 N. Grove Street during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Commission, Agency or other above-named Board with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing, he or she will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such purpose, he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based (Florida Statutes, 286.0105). Persons with disabilities needing assistance to participate in any of these proceedings should contact the office of the City Clerk at (352) 483-5430, at least 48 hours before the date of the scheduled meeting.
