Did you experience a water leak and need your bill adjusted? Apply for a courtesy leak adjustment request.

 

Online

Step 1.Fill-out Online Form 

Please include/upload any repair bills or receipts if possible.

Step 2.Still Need to Pay Your Utility Bill 

In the meantime, you will still need to pay the utility bill by paying 50% of the high bill by the due date of that bill.
After that, continue to pay the current charges in full, each month. 

  • Cash: (in-person only).
  • Check Card/Credit Card: Visa or Mastercard only accepted (in-person or over the phone).
  • Check: (in-person, mail or night drop).

If you have difficulty paying your bill, please contact customer service. 

Step 3.If Adjustment is Approved, You Will be Notified 

Leak adjustments can possibly take up to 6-months.

Step 2.Submit Application by Mail.

Mail completed application and supported documents (repair bills or receipts) to Customer Service at:

Pick-up form at our Water Customer Service Department located at: 10 S. Grove Street, Eustis (downtown, next to Ace Hardware) and bring back to our department at your convenience.

Step 2.Bring Your Application

Bring your application to our Water Customer Service Department Building, along with copies of bills or receipts.
