For residential and commercial development projects new or existing. 


Please Note:
  • Do not use this form for Annexation, Comprehensive Plan and Design District. Those are a separate form.
  • Fees vary depending on the project being submitted. 

Mail

Step 1.Go to "submittal checklist" and select your project.

This will show you what additional documents/plans may be required when submitting your application.

Step 2.Download and print-off form

Step 3.Submit application by mail or in person

Mail completed application to Development Services at:

Or drop-off application in person at:

Step 4.After submitting application, fees may be paid by the following ways:

 

  • Calling the office
    (352-483-5460) and paying with a credit card

  • Coming into the office paying cash/credit card/check

  • Mailing a check
    4 N. Grove Street, P.O. Drawer 68, Eustis, FL 32726


    Please be advised there is a 3% convenience fee for paying with a credit card.

     The application and associated documents will not be processed and reviewed by staff without receipt of all required documents and payment.

Step 2.Pick-up or print off form

You may pick-up the Development Application Form in our office or download and print-off the completed form with your supported documents/plans, and bring with you to our office.
