Notice is hereby given that, due to the December holidays, the Eustis City Commission has chosen to combine the two December regular Commission meetings into one which will be held on Thursday, December 14, 2023, beginning at 6:00 p.m. in the City Hall Commission Room, located at 10 N. Grove St., Eustis, FL 32726. The agenda for said meeting will be available on the City’s website at Eustis.org or through the City Clerk’s office on or about Friday, December 8, 2023, or as soon thereafter as possible.
If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Commission, Agency or other above-named Board with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing, he or she will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such purpose, he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based (Florida Statutes, 286.0105). Persons with disabilities needing assistance to participate in any of these proceedings should contact the office of the City Clerk at (352) 483-5430, at least 48 hours before the date of the scheduled meeting.
