Any person wishing to have a yard/garage sale within the City of Eustis must obtain a yard/garage sale permit. A person may apply for up to 3 consecutive days per permit and each property may have up to 4 permits per 12 month period.

A permit will be required for each sale and there is no fee to apply for a yard/garage sale permit.
