Eustis, FL
– Eustis has been a leader in the use of the latest trends in technology to
market itself and communicate with its residents. The City took another leap
forward with the premiere of a new video titled “Open for Business – Featuring
Party Source of Eustis” at the Lake Eustis Area Chamber of Commerce breakfast on
the morning of July 14th. “Open for Business” is an ongoing series of
promotional videos for businesses that are members of the Chamber. The premiere
video featured Party Source of Eustis, located at 2910-2 Kurt Street, Eustis,
Florida, and was well received by the breakfast attendees.
The “Open for
Business” project, the first of its kind, is a cooperative effort between the
Lake Eustis Area Chamber of Commerce, the local business community, and the
City. The intent of the light-hearted, humorous video series is to promote
local business, increase Chamber membership, and to market the city through a
series of viral videos.
“The
spirit of cooperation and support of our local businesses is something we know
will attract more businesses and employment to the area.” said Nancy Muenzmay,
Executive Director of the Lake Eustis Area Chamber of Commerce and Executive
Producer of the “Open for Business” video series.
“It’s a great way to
highlight the expertise of our local business people and to show just how much
business we do here in the city,” added Tim Totten, City staff member and local
business owner. As the host of the video series, Totten uses humor to tell the
story of the featured business and keep viewers entertained.

“This project serves to benefit
the businesses, the Chamber, and the city as a whole. We are going to take this
unique marketing approach and run with it!” said Rich Hoon, Assistant to the
City Manager of Eustis and Director of the video series. “These videos are
quick, inexpensive and fun to make - and we know they
will catch on quickly.”
