Eustis, Fla. (May 4, 2018) Eustis City Commission will accept applications for appointment as Interim City Commissioner, Seat #2. The application period will be from 8:00 a.m., Monday, May 14, 2018, through 5:00 p.m., Friday, May 18, 2018. Applications are available in the City Clerk’s office and must be submitted along with the applicant’s voter’s registration card and a Florida photo ID such as driver’s license.
Applicants must be registered voters of the City of Eustis and have resided within the City for a period of at least two years or have resided on recently annexed property for a period of at least two years including time before and after annexation. The term of office for the Interim Commissioner will be from May 22, 2018, until the elected replacement is sworn in following certification of the November election.
