The Community Redevelopment Area (CRA) Strategic Action Plan consists of the Draft East Eustis CRA Master Plan and the 2008 Downtown Master Plan.  The City Commission is considering the amendment of the 1990 CRA by approval of the CRA Strategic Action Plan.  Both the East Eustis and Downtown Plans are also available in poster format.
