Historic Downtown Eustis

We are truly proud of our historic downtown, one filled with many fine dining restaurants, performing arts, and retail shops.  In 2010, Eustis and Magnolia Streets received a complete facelift - resulting in two-way traffic and wider, 14' sidewalk retailing zone, improved pedestrian access and traffic circulation, new water mains and sewer lines, and much, much more.  Included in this album are several photos during the construction period.   view photos!

Eustis Scenic and Nature Photos

The City is famous for its scenic beauty, natural resources, and award-winning sunset.  The prominent park in Eustis, considered its pride and joy, is Ferran Park. This jewel of the downtown area is ideally located on the shores of beautiful Lake Eustis. Beautifully landscaped, with walking paths and benches throughout, the park provides a glimpse into the City’s history, including the beautiful, restored sea wall running along the lakefront.   view photos!
