Need New Water Service?

New customers are required to come into our office at 10 S. Eustis Street to fill out a one-page application.  There will be a credit check conducted at that time to determine the amount of your deposit.  Be prepared to show two forms of ID, such as a driver's license and Social Security Card, which will be copied for our files.  If you require same-day service, please apply before noon on the date of application.

A new online bill paying service, WIPP (Web Inquiry Payment Portal), will be in service effective October 1, 2013.  To access this new service, you will require the new account number and PIN # that appears in your October billing statement. If you need to make a payment after October 1st, but before you receive your first new utility billing statement, please feel free to call our office at (352) 589-4333 and we will accept your debit or credit card over the phone.  We apologize for any inconvenience during this transition. Pay your utility bill on line using WIPP (Web Inquiry Payment Portal).
