The City Commission's regular meeting schedule for calendar year 2010 is the first and third Thursday of each month at 6:00 p.m.  Regular meetings are held in the Commission Room, City Hall, 10 North Grove Street, Eustis. Additional meetings and workshops will be scheduled as need is determined by the City Commission.

 

On the first Tuesday after the first Monday in January of each year, the Commission holds an organizational meeting. During this annual meeting, the Commission elects from among its members a Mayor and a Vice Mayor. At this meeting the Commission also adopts its regular meeting schedule, rules of order, and Commission policies.

If a person decides to appeal any decision made by any board, agency or commission with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing, he or she will need a record of the proceedings and that, for such purposes, he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is based (Florida Statutes, 286.0105).
