The Strategic Plan provides long and short term priorities for the City Commission and Staff to make the City's vision for 2024 a reality.  The Strategic Plan also outlines the city's Mission and Core Beliefs as well as the Commission's priorities for the next 1-5 years.  Through the Vision, Mission and Core Beliefs, the City will plan and execute strategic goals, objectives and major projects.

This is not a plan to complete and put on the shelf.  We will formally update the Strategic Plan every two years and we will use it as our guide to how we use our resources.  These are the priorities we strive to achieve.
