Through the Assistant to the City Manager /
Community Relations, the City Manager ensures that
residents, businesses and visitors are kept informed of
City events and issues that may concern them. The
Community Relations Office offers a wide
variety of services to help the City Commission inform,
engage, involve and respond to the residential and
business communities.
Valuable sources of information available to the public
are the content of the Eustis Website, News Releases,
FAST FACTS (Eustis Activity Report) and the City's
presence on social networking sites (Facebook, Twitter,
and Youtube).
In addition, the Community
Relations Office plans, develops, implements, and
evaluates information and communication strategies that
present the organization to the public, clients and
other stakeholders. The Assistant to the
City Manager / Community Relations is also the
communications link between the public, the City
Commission, and Lake County during emergency management
operations.
