The Development Services Division provides various services for the City regarding all aspects of development.  There are three departments under the Development Services Division:

• Building Department

• Code Enforcement Program

• Planning Program

The Development Services Division generally provides guidance, administration and support to each of the departments and programs.

Pedestrian and Bicycle Advisory Committee

Are you an avid cyclist? Do you like to walk for exercise? Are you passionate about reducing the number of automobile trips for less congestion and cleaner air? Are your mobility options limited? If you have special expertise or interest in working with the City of Eustis to develop a Pedestrian and Bicycle Master Plan to serve as a guide in improving non-motorized mobility for the city, with connections to the region, please consider volunteering for a new Pedestrian and Bicycle Advisory Committee. We want all the stakeholders represented. The Committee will meet for several half day or full day sessions between September 2010 and April/May 2011 to recommend a master plan to the City Commission. If you are interested, please contact Development Services (352.483.5460) or complete the forms below and deliver them to the Development Services Office located at 4 N. Grove St.
