Eustis Code Enforcement  

The Code Enforcement Program seeks to ensure the health, welfare and safety of city residents and businesses by enforcing the Code of Ordinances. 

The appointed seven-member Code Enforcement Board hears and decides violations presented by the city’s Code Enforcement Officer.  On average they hear approximately 10-15 cases per month involving junk vehicles, overgrown properties, outside storage of household furniture and appliances, land use violations, illegal signs, abandoned, unsecured structures, accumulations of yard trash and debris as well as other city code violations.  Voluntary compliance is achieved in 95% of these cases.

To report a possible code violation in your neighborhood you can phone it in or email it to CodeEnforcement@ci.eustis.fl.us.   Complaints can remain anonymous at the request of the caller.  You may contact us at the above e-mail address if you are interested in volunteering to serve on the Code Enforcement Board.
