Eustis Volunteer Application

(Note to  Volunteer Applicants: Please deliver your application to Human Resources at 109-A E. Orange Ave., Eustis.  Please do not fax, mail or e-mail your application.  Upon delivering your application, you will be asked to complete several volunteer release forms.  You may be asked to go to the Lake County Sheriff's Office in Tavares for fingerprinting at no expense to you.  Background checks are required when volunteering at the Eustis Recreation Department or the Eustis Memorial Library.)
