Code Enforcement Board:
The Department works to resolve all code violations in a voluntary manner, but
if needed, the city uses a seven member Code Enforcement Board to ensure
compliance of its codes. Please contact the
Human Resources Department at (352) 483-5472 if you are interested in
serving on this board.
Animals:
Over four years ago, the City of Eustis transferred animal control
responsibilities to
Lake County Animal Services. You can report concerns to them
at (352) 343-9688, Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. After hours, please
call the Lake County Sheriff’s Office at (352) 343-2101. Under most
circumstances, cows, pigs, goats, sheep and domestic fowl are prohibited within
the City limits.
