NOTICE OF 2008 MEETING SCHEDULE

Notice is hereby given that the City of Eustis Police Officers Pension and Trust Fund Board will hold pension meetings on the following dates: February 13, May 14, August 13, and November 12, 2008 at 8:30 a.m. The meetings will be held at the Eustis Memorial Library Conference Room, which is located in the Library Complex, 120 North Center Street, Eustis, Florida. 

If a person decides to appeal any decision made by any board, agency or commission with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing, he or she will need a record of the proceedings and that, for such purposes, he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is based (Florida Statutes, 286.0105).

These are public meetings and open to the public.  Persons with disabilities needing assistance to participate in these proceedings should contact the office of the City Clerk, at (352) 483-5440, at least 48 hours before the date of the scheduled meeting.
