NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

MUNICIPAL FIREFIGHTER’S PENSION TRUST FUND BOARD

Notice is hereby given that the City of Eustis Municipal Firefighter’s Pension Trust Fund Board will hold a special meeting on Friday, February 29, 2008, at 2:00 p.m., in the Eustis Memorial Library Conference Room, which is located in the Library Complex, 120 North Center Street, Eustis, Florida.  The purpose of this meeting is to discuss benefit options and actions for current and retired members. 

If a person decides to appeal any decision made by any board, agency or commission with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing, he or she will need a record of the proceedings and that, for such purposes, he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is based (Florida Statutes, 286.0105).

These are public meetings and open to the public.  Persons with disabilities needing assistance to participate in these proceedings should contact the office of the City Clerk, at (352) 483-5430, at least 48 hours before the date of the scheduled meeting.
