NOTICE OF
2011 QUARTERLY MEETING SCHEDULE
Notice is
hereby given that the City of Eustis Municipal Firefighter’s
Pension Trust Fund Board will hold its quarterly meetings at the
Eustis Memorial Library Conference Room, located at
the
Eustis Memorial
Library, 120 North Center St., Eustis, Fl. Conference Room.,
at 2:00 p.m., on the following days:
February
11, May 13, August 12, and November 18, 2011.
Alternate dates for the above
scheduled meetings are: February 25, May 27, August 26 and December 9, 2011.
If a person
decides to appeal any decision made by any board, agency or
commission with respect to any matter considered at such meeting
or hearing, he or she will need a record of the proceedings and
that, for such purposes, he or she may need to ensure that a
verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which includes the
testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is based (Florida
Statutes, 286.0105).
These are
public meetings and open to the public. Persons with
disabilities needing assistance to participate in these
proceedings should contact the office of the City Clerk, at
(352) 483-5440, at least 48 hours before the date of the
scheduled meeting.
