Notice of Re-scheduled Code Enforcement Board (CEB) Meetings

City of Eustis, FL

 

Notice is hereby given that the Code Enforcement Board of the City of Eustis has adjusted its 2009 meeting schedule.  THE REASON FOR RENOTIFYING IS THAT THE CEB MEETINGS HAVE BEEN MOVED FROM THE 3RD MONDAY TO THE 2ND MONDAY OF EACH MONTH.  The February meeting will be held on its previously scheduled date of February 23, 2009 at 3:00 p.m. All future meetings will be held on the following dates at 3:00 p.m. in the City Commission Room in City Hall located at 10 North Grove Street.

Persons with disabilities needing assistance to participate in any of these proceedings should contact the Division of Development Services at (352) 483-5460 at least 48 hours before the date of the scheduled hearing.  If a person decides to appeal any decision made by any board, agency, or commission with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing, he will need a record of the proceedings and that, for such purposes, he may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is based (Florida Statutes, 286.0105).
